The walks take up to an hour, and are on the programme. All walks are free and you can just turn up, but if you'd like to ask a walk leader something you'll find their telephone number on the programme. There are 6 North Somerset Stroller groups, with up to 150 people walking per week and we have over 30 trained health walks leaders!!

On your first walk you'll be asked to fill out a short health questionnaire. Alternatively, you could print one out now, fill it in and bring it along to your first walk.
